The hit manga Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End by Kanehito Yamada and Tsukasa Abe has reached a major milestone! Shogakukan Inc has reported that the manga has now surpassed 30 million copies in circulation worldwide. Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday in Japan since 2020, and has become a standout hit within the magazine’s lineup. The manga has been on hiatus since January, but is expected to make its return to serialization later this month on July 23rd.
The series also received an anime adaptation by studio Madhouse in 2023, and a second season scheduled to air in January 2026.
